Job Title: Performance Physical Therapist

MOTIV METHOD Physical Therapy & Performance is looking to hire an energetic and passionate performance physical therapist who is looking to make an impact in a unique performance based physical therapy practice!

Requirements

Responsibilities: exceed client expectations with physical therapy

  • Client Care (38/available slots/week with the goal of 32-34 arrived visits)

  • Exceed expectations on client experience & build lifelong relationships with clients

  • Convert evals (selling and sales optional, progression to independent selling ideal) to POCs & POCs to membership

  • Live by and demonstrate MOTIV Core Values

  • Own your scorecard and record KPI’s weekly (Record KPI’s by end of day on Friday)

  • Attend and be present in all team meetings

Results (Measurable KPIs)

  • Schedule efficiency: maintaining 85% schedule capacity (30-34 arrived visits/week)

  • POC Conversion: >60% (again selling optional)

  • POC to Membership Conversion: >35%

  • Google Reviews/month: 3 (minimum)

This position is Full Time and onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85k-$95k

Schedule: Monday to Friday in person, Weekends as needed for events

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
